The following are the complete Terms & Conditions of Service ("ToS") for the AmazonBox.com box subscription program ("service"), which is a service of Dash Marketing Group, LLC. A copy of these terms can be obtained by sending an email request to

These terms are effective as of the last revision on May 14, 2024.
SCOPE OF SERVICE - AmazonBoxed.com offers a subscription-based "mystery box" program which ships curated boxes of Amazon merchandise to subscribing customers. The contents of each box vary depending on the subscription plan selected by the customer and the estimated retail value of each items placed in the box.
VALUE OF MERCHANDISE - AmazonBoxed.com uses a good faith estimate of the approximate retail value for each item placed in subscription boxes. The value of items changes over time and from one vendor to the next, and AmazonBoxed.com cannot be held liable for such disparities. Box valuations will vary from one shipment to the next, based upon their contents.
CONDITION OF MERCHANDISE - AmazonBoxed.com purchases volume shipments of merchandise from Amazon distribution centers across the country. These shipments generally consist of merchandise which has been discontinued, liquidated from third-party FBA sellers, returned by Amazon customers, or is overstock from Amazon's inventory. AmazonBoxed.com makes every reasonable effort to exclude obviously damaged or inoperable items, however such processes are always subjective and imperfect, and as a result the service does not and cannot make any representation about the condition of items contained in subscriber shipments.
LOST SHIPMENTS - AmazonBoxed.com ships subscription boxes via USPS or UPS and sends each subscriber an email with the tracking
number of their box once it is en route. AmazonBoxed.com is not responsible for carrier-related issues pertaining to shipments. Such issues include, but are not limited to: lost boxes, damaged boxes, shipments to customer-provided addresses which are incorrect, and delivered boxes which are subsequently stolen or damaged before the customer can retrieve them from the delivery point.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES - As stated above, AmazonBoxed.com is not responsible for boxes shipped to addresses which were provided by the subscribing customer and are incorrect. It is the sole responsibility of the subscribing customer to ensure they provide accurate
shipping information and keep it updated in the event of any change.
CANCELLATION - Customers may cancel their subscription at any time with nor additional cost or obligation. Cancellations take effect once all shipments have been made for which a subscription payment has been processed. Subscription payments are non-refundable
REFUNDS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES - AmazonBoxed.com DOES NOT accept returns or allow exchanges of merchandise under any circumstance. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they wish to either begin or continue their subscription, and AmazonBoxed.com does not provide refunds for any reason.
NO WARRANTY - The service does not make any warranties or guarantees, either implied or express, beyond what is contained in the ToS.
