What's in the box?

This, without doubt, is the number one question, right? The short answer is, if Amazon sells it then it's always possible it could end up in your box!

We buy a variety of shipments from Amazon fulfillment centers across the country covering a wide range of categories, including: personal care & hygiene, electronics, toys & games, sporting goods, outdoor items, housewares, small appliances, clothing & accessories, cosmetics, and sometimes non-perishable food. The point is, you can get almost anything in your box from one month to the next, which is what makes them fun mysteries to look forward to!

What does a box cost?

That depends on which program you choose, but the options are ALWAYS affordable. The "I'm Loving It!" box contains an average of 8-10 fun items for a very reasonable $44.99 a month, and if you're the REALLY adventurous type then you can choose the "Gotta Have It"box for $84.99 per month. That box averages 18-22 awesome little items.

You never know what your box is going to be worth, but it will ALWAYS be a lot of fun!

How long do I have to keep my subscription?

Your subscription runs on a month-by-month basis,which means you can change to a lower or higher subscription (or even cancel it completely) whenever you like with no obligation or additional cost.

Naturally, we don't understand why you'd ever want to do something silly like cancel, but just maybe you've decided you've had all the fun and mystery you can stand and don't want anymore. Sigh...in that case, go ahead and cancel if you want...

How soon will I receive my first box?

That depends on when you start your subscription. We only process shipments once a month, so if you happen to join just after we've shipped our latest box then your first one will be a few weeks away.

NEVER FEAR THOUGH! We always send you an email notice when your next (or first) box is about to ship so that you can know approximately when to expect it. You'll even receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress to your door!

If I don't like my box contents can I return them?

Unfortunately no. All sales are final,and we cannot accept returns or provide refunds. We understand that sometimes people will receive and item or two which they may not want or have a use for, but we can always suggest that perhaps you might know someone who can use them and may be willing to purchase them from you.

What is the condition of the merchandise in the box?

The answer to that is, it depends. We make a serious effort to weed out items which are obviously broken or unusable, but we can't provide a guarantee on them.

The shipments we purchase may be brand new, new overstock (liquidated warehouse inventory), customer returned, discontinued, or clearance from FBA sellers who no longer operate on Amazon.

How can I make money from referrals?

We have a very simple and easy referral program for you. As you may have noticed during registration (we assume you already joined, right?), we asked for the email address of the person who referred you (if someone did). For giving us that information, you receive a $5.00 discount on your first month of service. And the person who referred you receives $3.00 each month for as long as you keep your subscription. Can it get any easier?

Every month we pay for the referrals you sent to us viaCashApporPayPal, whichever is easier for you. And you can track how many referrals we've received from you and howmany are still active right from your account summary page.

The point is, if you know lots of people who like mystery and fun the way you do then referring them to us could pay for your monthly fun box or, better yet, add a tidy amount to your wallet every month!
